			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>With but two drives remaining in the Wasington State Route system and an expected completion of the drives by the end of October, it is with great pleasure that I announce the creation of Oregon Routes.org!</p>
<p>I have moved all Oregon-related content over to this site and finalized the site design. There is still work to be done and I will officially launch it the day I completely finish Washingtonhighways (I should have the site permanently finished by Thanksgiving).</p>
